NPC is a major Sudanese Petroleum- Products marketing CO. Having a wide network of retail service stations , and capturing about 50% of the local market share.

BAKRI INTERNATIONAL ENERGY CO. ( BAKRI ):

BAKRI is a major international group that runs a successful conglomerate of businesses in the oil and shipping industries . In addition to it’s fuel operations in Kenya and Sudan . BAKRI provides a jet fuel service at Jeddah and Medina airports in KSA.

AL THAGIP GROUP ( THACO ):

THACO is a major Sudanese group that runs a successful conglomerate of businesses in the general and petroleum trade , real estate and operates investment projects in the fields of Road Transport , Crop Processing for export , Construction & Contracting and Limousine Services.

NIBA commenced it’s operations as a Jet Fuel- Marketing CO. at Khartoum Airport (KAP) Sudan in 2002, and currently owns and operates aircrafts refueling facilities in five airports country-wide and supplies over forty airlines.

NIBA storage and refueling facilities at Khartoum airport , El Obied airport and Kadogli airport are the largest among all.

NIBA is unique in providing a supply chain , from the source ( Refinery/ Port ) to the final consumer ( Into- plane ).

NIBA is able to benefit from all the resources it’s owners has to offer, whereby:

NPC provides intermediary storage facilities for JET-A1 at:

KHARTOUM REFINERY ( 70 km from KAP )   Capacity: 1,400,000 liters.

PORTSUDAN PORT ( 1000 km from KAP )    Capacity : 3,800,000 liters.

BAKRI being active and experienced in providing JET FUEL services , provides marketing operational and financial assistance to NIBA.

THACO through it’s subsidiary ( AL THAGIP FOR ROAD TRANSPORT ) Owns and operates a fleet of road tankers ( Capacity one million gal / trip ) . About 50 % of this fleet capacity is dedicated to JET-A1 and assigned to haul all NIBA’S requirements from the refinery and port depots to NIBA’S facilities at the different airports.

Hence , in a market scenario of supply shortage , NIBA is always in a very strong position.

NIBA market share has steadily increased from 26 % in 2002 to 52 % in 2005.

All NIBA marketing, operational and financial activities are centrally controlled by an experienced management team based in working close to KHARTOUM AIRPOR. The regional offices and representatives’ country wide, work in close daily contact with the head office. NIBA centralized administration brings major benefits in terms of scale, speed and efficiency.

The 24 / 7 working hours allows NIBA to respond immediately to any enquiry.

NIBA has full access to supplies from the refinery / port depots, and NIBA customers enjoy the best of services.
